How long does the process take?
Once you have placed an order for a custom engagement ring, most orders take 2-4 weeks. You will be given a production window before placing your order. Custom weddings bands take 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
We work with any budget and will make sure that you receive the best value and materials. We source the majority of our lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds from producers, rather than wholesalers, to keep costs low for our customers. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers.
How can I upgrade an heirloom piece or existing ring?
If you have an existing heirloom jewelry piece or engagement ring that you would like upgrade, we can walk you through the options after reviewing the piece. Our designer will inspect the item and assist you in bringing your item to life.

Zoom Appointments
We offer virtual engagement ring or wedding band appointments on zoom. There are generally two to three appointments needed for bespoke engagement rings, one to discuss budget and materials and the second to finalize design and stone choices. One appointment is needed for bespoke wedding bands.
In Person Appointments
You can schedule an in person appointment in Philadelphia for custom wedding bands and custom engagement rings. Our offices are currently being built and all appointments will be held in Industrious until its completion in mid 2023.
How can I receive my item?
You can pick up your item in person or have it shipped. There is a $60 flat fee for insured shipping.
Return Policy
Custom engagement rings, wedding bands and custom jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Adjustments
Size adjustments within 2 sizes can be resized free of charge. Any additional changes are at the cost of the customer.
Which Diamonds do you offer?
We offer lab grown diamond engagement rings or natural diamond engagement rings.
What Are Lab Grown Diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds, also known as synthetic diamonds, are diamonds that are created in a laboratory setting through a process called Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) process.
These diamonds are made from a small diamond seed or a small piece of carbon, which is then placed in a chamber and subjected to intense heat and pressure.
This process creates a diamond that is virtually identical to a natural diamond in terms of its chemical composition, crystal structure, and optical and physical properties.
Lab-grown diamonds are often considered a more ethical and sustainable alternative to mined diamonds because they do not require mining and have a lower environmental impact. They are also typically less expensive than natural diamonds.

We can souce precious gem stones such as emeralds, sapphires and rubies for our clients.
What wedding band materials do you have?
Clients can choose between gold and platinum for the band of their custom engagement ring and wedding bands.
